Will This Get One Off the Waiting List?

I've been wait-listed from the College of Engineering and am trying to find ways that I can increase my chances of getting off the wait-list. I am a female and a first-generation college goer. Below are my updated IB diploma predicted scores (which didn't make it to Cornell on time...)

IB Math HL: 7
IB Physics HL: 7
IB Chem HL: 6
IB Biology HL: 6 (final)
IB History HL: 6
IB English SL: 6
IB French SL: 6

Basically, I am thinking of sending an excerpt of a presentation I made in the Theory of Knowledge (philosophy stuff) class on epigenetics and its knowledge issues. I am applying to engineering and the script is very "arts & sciency" so I am not sure if it's a good fit. But it reveals a lot about stuff I enjoy thinking about so if it occurs to the AO's as original and insightful, it may help rite?

Anyways, if you are interested in reading this excerpt and giving me feedback, please PM me. Thank you so much!

Predicted?

yup, as in I haven't taken the exams yet and those are the scores my teachers sent to the colleges to tell them what they expect me to get on the exams.

Those are great predicted scores. I'm not sure how Cornell would weigh your school's predicted IB scores but those certainly couldn't hurt.
