Will this grade hurt my chances at Ivy's?

<p>At 8th grade, I took a Integrated Algebra regents (Accelerated course, 10th grade course as my teacher said), my grades for the first MP weren't great. My scores were the following.</p>

<p>M1: 75
M2: 85
M3: 95
M3: 95</p>

<p>Regents Score: 86 (Better then 97% of my HS schools regents score as my HS website says)</p>

<p>Will this totally affect anything since I took this at middle school, won't HYP understand, since it was a rigorous course and all for 8th grade? </p>

<p>How much would that hurt?</p>

<p>Harvard doesn’t look at 8th grade.</p>

<p>It’s still a regents course taken in 8th grade, won’t it go on your HS Transcript?</p>

<p>Even if it goes on your transcript, I’m fairly certain it won’t have a negative effect on your HYP applications.</p>
