Will this hurt me?..question about my school's grading system

My school grades in a rather peculiar fashion..they only give A's, B's, C's, etc. The school doesn't give "number" grades and no "+" or "-'s". For my final grade I received all A's but 1 B in Computer Science (i hate programming). The weird thing is that the school doesn't give rank or GPA to colleges, and I am worried about how colleges will look at it..
The school is rather prestigious, Massachusetts Academy of Math and Sciences, and is known in the New England area. In my senior year, i'm taking college classes at WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute).

My question is...will the way my school reports grades affect my admissions at top schools outside of my area, like the midwest, south, etc.? Also, would getting say a B+ in a legit college course look bad compared to an A in a normal high school course?

School's send profiles of their grading, weighting, and ranking policies to colleges; they understand what is going on at your school. It will in no way affect your admissions, as long as you get the best grades possible and take the toughest courses at your school.

I agree with redknight, just keep on doing the best that you can and everything will work out for you in the end. I have met very few people who were angry or upset with the college that they eventually had to go to.
