Will this hurt me?

I took the SAT twice, and the ACT once, both with little to no prep (don't believe in prepping, and don't think it'll really help). Anyway, I did significantly better on the ACT.

SAT 10/2006
CR:: 640
M: 680
WR: 700
Total: 2020

SAT 3/2007
CR: 720
M: 670
WR: 660
Total: 2050

SAT superscore: 2100/1400

SATIIs:
Math IIC: 700
Biology: 710
Chemistry: 730

ACT 6/2007
M: 35
R: 33
E: 35
S: 34
Composite: 34

My question is, will reporting the SAT scores along with the ACT hurt my chances? I know the ACT converts to a better score, but they'll still see the lower scores on the SAT. I'm not really looking at Ivies, but I'm hoping to get the most merit aid possible at the best schools possible. Also, will it hurt to only submit ACT scores and therefore no SATII scores? I know my SATIIs aren't that phenomenal, so I am not quick to submit them- plus that means I have to give SAT I with it. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks.

You will be fine. They will most likely use your ACT score since it is better.

colleges wil focus on your best score, so they'll focus on your ACT. You'll be fine. 34 is a nice score
man, you did do a LOT better on ACT. I've never even tried the ACT. makes me wonder

same here...i'm going to check out the ACT now.

im really happy at the OP, since i was wondering the same thing
i think imma do real good on ACT, from the practice tests, and i have a mediocre SAT score.

and yeah you hsould def. check out the ACT.
ACT = lifesaver

ACT is way easier if you did really well in high school. Reading is WAAAY easier, English is about the same, math is a bit harder, but if you are past PreCalc its fine, and Science is easy if you have taken science every year (AP science would help)

but then why dont a lotta people take the ACT instead of the SAT?
