<p>I haven't taken any honors courses my freshman year, and I took two honors courses my sophomore year (my school offered 2 honors classes freshman year and 3 sophomore year) and I will take 3 honors classes and 1 AP class during my junior year. I was wondering if barely taking any honors classes during my Freshman and Sophomore year would hurt my chances at getting into a college like Duke? Thanks in advance.</p>
<p>Not necessarily. You can still definitely get in by having high SAT/ACT scores and good ECs. </p>
