<p>AP classes show that your taking the hardest calsses avaliable, but it really isn’t worth it if you take the class to have APs on your transcript and then bomb the test. Honestly, if your ecs are as good as you say then you’ve got it made.</p>

<p>If it really bugs you, take college classes over the summer. (But you have to do well!) Report those to colleges and they’ll know you can handle college-level work.</p>

<p>NYU, as of now, will pretty much accept any good person with a 3.5. I should note they plan to get more selective over the years, but not until after their big, multi-billion dollar expansion plan goes through.</p>
