Will this hurt my chances?

I'm a community college student wanting to transfer to couple of schools out of state, Some of the schools I'm interested in still require me to submit my highschool record even though I'm waiting to complete my associates degree first and then transfer as a junior. The colleges I plan on applying to aren't ivy league, but still top schools like UNC, NYU, U of M, Lehigh, and a couple of liberal arts schools. I did horrible in highschool, but have been doing good so far at my new community college than my last one. Right now I'm sitting at a b average (3.0) in both my classes, but will showing these schools my highschool record hurt my chances even though I'm doing good at community college?
