So I just took the AP Calculus AB exam, and I completely bombed it (well, especially the free-response).
Here are my projected scores:
24-26 on multiple choice no calc; 12-14 on multiple choice calc
Free Response:
25-35 (dont judge pls i was a little stressed during exam)
So my composite scores range from 25+361.2=68 to 35+401.2=83.
Will these abysmal scores make a 5?
Thanks!
Most likely–the exam was much harder than those from past years. I think the cutoff for a 5 this year will be like a 60/108 to a 65/108 so you should be fine.
My daughter felt it was similar in difficulty to the practice tests she took. What is the basis for believing it to be more difficult?
This sounds like a humblebrag. One would think that a person taking AP Calculus would know how to plug his/her guesses on points into one of the several score calculators on the net.
Wot I thought this year’s exam was a lot easier than the practice tests I’ve taken, I’m thinking I’ll get close to a perfect score…
And btw I’ve (kind of) struggled in this class all year.
