Will this plan work for perspective international Undergraduate student?

Firstly I am an international student seeking admission in top colleges. I’ve planned to apply to many that offer financial aid. However, to be on the safer side, I planned to look for a community college that isn’t expensive for a family earning < 10K$ per year.
I’ll attend this for two years and then apply for transfer to a good university. However, being unfamiliar with US educational system, I want to ask you for a bit of help in this case.

I want to pursue BS in Computer Science. There are so many community colleges but I ain’t sure which one would be the right choice to be eligible for applying to a university that offer Computer Science. So I think of attending a community college for two years in Bachelors of Science and then transfer to university taking major of CS. Is this going to work?

Community colleges don’t offer financial aid and international transfers don’t get aid.
If your family makes less than 10k a year, then your best bet is universities and LACs that meet full need for international applicants or automatic merit scholarships (but deadlines for those have passed).
