Alright here is my scenario. I am usually very good at writing and math but not so strong in CR. On the May SAT I got a 740 Math/660 CR/590 Writing. My expectations were blown away on the first two sections but I really screwed up on the writing. On this SAT I did good on the writing but screwed up Math and CR badly: 710 Math/570 CR/690 Writing. My superscore improves from a 1990 to a 2090 but will colleges see this SAT in bad light?

Well you did improve. The math scores are fine for both times, not that big of a difference, however there is a HUGE gap on the other 2 tests, especially since you only took them a month apart. The majority of colleges won’t care and will just accept your superscore, but if you are planning on applying to top tier schools, Ivies, etc, they would look at that score and think it is flawed in some way or another and it would make them holistically care about your test scores less and other parts of your app more. At most schools though it wouldnt make a difference.

I am not planning on applying to an Ivy’s I am shooting a little bit lower haha. Basically I was blowing through the CR and math sections because my mind was set on improving my writing score. If I put my super score on an application, do I have to include all sections?

Anyone have an opinion on this?

well, one thing I can say is keep in mind that some school don’t even consider writing, so to schools like that, you improved in both sections (math and cr).

oh and if th schools allow scre choice you don’t hae much to worry about, so you should determine the requirements and stipulation of the schools you are applying to.

However I didn’t improve on CR and Math, only writing.
