I'm thinking of applying ED to Duke this fall.

So provided that I have a great 2300+ Reasoning SAT score on my second sitting. And the essays are good+recommandations and what-not.

Would my Subject SAT scores, 760 MathL2 & 710 BioM, eleminate my chances?
By the way I'm international, and I need lots of financial aid.

No. Both your SAT II scores are fine. I got in with scores similar to those.

2300 puts you in great shape, especially with 700+ on other scores

....but it's "recommendation"!!!!

You should be fine.. I know of people who got in with your SAT II scores, good luck!
However, I would recommend that if you can find an SAT II you feel confident that you can score 750+ on.. that you should take it.

you won't get lots of financial aid mostly anywhere as an international student

I had a 2150, and 800, 680, 600 SAT II's and got in. you're fine.

sorry, but you cannot apply ED if you are an international seeking finaid.

from Duke's webiste:
"Foreign nationals seeking need-based aid must apply under the Regular Decision plan."

http://www.admissions.duke.edu/jump/applying/apply_international.asp

(btw: there are few US colleges that are need-blind to internationals and provide full aid to all accepted. Two of those colleges are P'ton and Harvard.)
