Will top Universities overlook not stellar EC(weekly commitment) in ED round with....

<p>Your question is very vague. Do mean having great awards like ISEF winner (which requires a great amount of time doing research)? I think you would have to give more specifics for us to be more helpful. Also I don’t really think ED helps that much (may provide an edge, but isn’t the most important thing or will allow one to overcome some glaring flaw), so apply with caution.</p>

<p>Colleges aren’t going to overlook anything just because it’s ED. If anything it will be a more rigorous analysis since there are less people who apply ED than RD and those applying ED have essentially committed themselves to potentially attending the school.</p>
