I got accepted to UCD and already committed to it, however, I currently have a D in AP Calculus AB. I have tried everything. I even quit my job just so i can focus on raising my grade for that class, but no matter what I do, it doesn’t go up. Even if I get a good score on a quiz, it doesn’t change. Now there’s only a month left of school and the AP test is next week which means there won’t be anymore opportunities to raise my grade. I took this class so I can hopefully pass the AP exam and get college credit, but now it seems like this class is the reason I won’t be able to go to the college I want to go to. Will UC Davis revoke my acceptance if I don’t get my grade up and it remains a D? What if I tell them NOW that I might not get a C or better in that class? Will that help?
Contact admissions now and let them know there is a possibility you may be receiving a D. Since you have already SIR’d they will probably work with you to possibly make up the class during the summer or retake Fall Quarter on campus. Let them know now before your final transcripts are sent. Good Luck.
contact admission. report the change.
