Hey guys I'm in a kinda of a tough pickle. Last semester I got an C in AP Calc but I got all As in the rest of my 3 AP classes and normal classs. This semester I might get another C in AP Calc and all As again. I am so scared UCLA will revoke my admission for this. The contract says to notify them of 2 or more Cs. Do you think I will get revoked?
Schedule:
AP Envi: A A
AP Lit: A A
AP Gov: A A
AP Calc:C C
Spanish: A A
Aca Deca:A A

I am 99% sure you’ll be fine. Your class schedule looks really rigorous and you were picked from a pool of 100,000 kids. More than likely, they want you. A C in calculus won’t change that.

Theinstigator thank you so much, I been freaking about it so much that its starting to affect me aha. Again thank you so much and does anyone else have an idea?

Also, I had nearly straight C’s in math my freshman and sophomore years, but they still admitted me so there’s that lmao.

Do not rest easy about this, you still NEED to contact undergraduate admissions as you are in danger of receiving two or more Cs your SENIOR YEAR (Grades assigned AFTER the terms on your App). Theinstigator was fine in his case as he reported his C’s on his original app. Nobody’s opinion EXCEPT UCLA UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS matters in this case.

What major did you get accepted under? Some majors may care more about C’s in Calculus more than others.

You’re fine.

I got accepted into as an Undecided major :o

@imgoingtodie They mean two or more C’s in second semester. You’re fine because, you will (worst case scenario) have one C. Call to confirm.

Buttafly 13 I think its in your senior year and I just payed for all these deposits ***

Hello! A year later, I’m literally in the EXACT situation as you were. Here’s my senior year class schedule:

AP Calculus C C
AP Economics A A
AP Government A A
AP Spanish Language A A
AP Literature A A
Honors Anatomy and Physiology A A

For imgoingtodie, I was wondering since this happened to you a year ago, did UCLA rescind your admission? I’m freaking out.

Read the contract. You only need to maintain a B average. Enjoy your senior year.

I am also literally in the same boat did you end up getting rescinded? This is really stressing me out. I called the admissions office and they wouldn’t give me a direct answer.

uh oh…
