Will UCs notify you if there is something wrong with your application?

I got rejected from regents at both UCLA and UCB, and that was quite understandable, but I also did not get into CHP for UCI. I thought I would surely get in, and now I’m left wondering why. My stats are as follows:

GPA: 4.65 w/ 4.12 uc/ 3.98 uw
SAT: 2150
ACT : 33
Intended major: bio/ biomedical engineering
EC: 200+ volunteer hours, summer intern at UC Berkeley

I’m just super paranoid now that there was something wrong with my app. Will UCs notify you if this is the case? Is there any way of finding out without sounding pretentious?

I think that they will notify you if they see a change in grades, and don’t lose hope yet. I hope great things are coming for you! just hold on.
