There was this class that was automatically added to my transcript called Improving math skills. It was worth 0 units/credits and was assigned a grade of UD(undocumented, but its still on official transcript). Basically at my community college if you enroll into a computer science class they add the course so that you can use the computer lab to work on programming assignments. When I was filling out my application in the Fall I asked the transfer counselor if I should include it into my application. He told me not to since the UCs know that the class is for zero units and just for lab hours. Today I just went back to my community college to ask about the transfer academic update. I asked another person and they told me I should have entered it. They told me just to write about it into the additional comments portion of the application since I couldn’t go back and add the course since it was taken in the spring of 2015. Will UC rescind my application after I submit my official transcripts to them and they see that zero unit course not listed? If they will is there anyway I can possibly add it in before they start reviewing applications
I didn’t include those to my thing
Just write it in your additional comments on the TAU. Last year I forgot to add a college course and put it in my additional comments. UCB asked for proof with my transcript and none of the other UCs even asked for information about it, they just need to know about it. I got accepted everywhere I applied to also its not a big deal! stop stressing! hahah
damn you got me thinking about it
There is no way they would rescind your acceptance for that, because it’s not negative.
Just explain it in your additional comments. I don’t see them making a big deal over it - it’s technically not a real class. It’s similar to not adding a PE class in your academic record… but a PE class has credit, technically, so I suppose that would be worse.
Oh, people beat me to it. I agree with what @Molisha and @music1990 said.
Ok, thanks guys. I’ll just write it into the additional comments.
