I currently have all As and one B for the first semester of senior year, and I have 6 AP classes. Will UF see this? Could this improve my chances

Stop freaking out. Your SAT scores are pretty decent. Just try to keep up the grades. And yes. they will see your first semester because your admissions is contingent upon whatever classes you listed on your app (intended courses to complete this year).

they will see what courses you’re taking, but will not see your grades in them until after the decisions been made. i think some districts send your fall grades though. mine didn’t.

UF will only see what classes you are taking senior year when they consider your application. They will not see the first quarter/first semester grades that you get in those classes. They just want to make sure that your senior classes are challenging—that you are not coasting senior year. Most on CC agree that UF will only consider rescinding their offer is if you get a D grade in your senior year. C grades are considered OK, but not D grades. Your test scores look wonderful…6 AP classes is certainly very good… They don’t care about your AP scores…they want to see a lot of AP classes. Just write a great essay…everything else looks good…All A’s and 1 B for senior year is just fine…they won’t see your senior grades until after they admit you.

Since UF only requires a “3” score on most AP exams to give you course credit, I would say your AP scores are not “bad”, as you indicated, but are in fact good.
