Will UF use my SAT score?

<p>I applied to UF for Fall 2012, and I recieved a 28 on the ACT, which I sent to UF. However, on my app status, my June SAT that I didnt study for showed up and is said to be received. </p>

<p>Will my low SAT score hurt my chances even though I have a higher score on the ACT? Will UF use my 28 ACT (highest) and not my SAT score?</p>

<p>They don’t care which test you take, or how many times you take it. They will just use the one with the best score.</p>

<p>So say I got an 1800 (590 r 540 m 670 w), but took the ACT and got a 28 comp., will they not even care about my SAT score? Idk whether I should retake SAT or not…</p>
