If you’re an American, it’ll make things a bit harder because you won’t have us internships and the alumni network won’t be as developed, but you should eventually find something.
If you’re international, no way. Even students with us degrees typically can’t get an H1B after their opt because the system has become completely weird (offshoring companies 'buy’those H1B’s in such numbers college graduates with a job offer can’t get these visas.) Without a US degree, your odds are absolutely nil.
