Hey guys, so I got into UMD CP and I just wanted to know if they would revoke my admission because I am dropping AP Chem to begin my internship at a computer science company.
I had to drop AP Chem to make space for the Internship in my schedule as it starts at 1:00 pm with no negotiation about the time.
I just wanted to know if anything bad could happen with that.

Not a problem, but I would absolutely notify the school so it can be marked on your file. That way, when final transcripts are sent, there are no discrepancies. If it helps to know, my daughter ending up dropping one of her AP classes senior year (before admissions were out) and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. It was a non-issue and she was still admitted.
