<p>UC's don't count +/-, so it'll just be a C. Also, what are your other grades? You can't just look at a grade in one class, it has to be taken within context. Be prepared for at least a little scrutiny with either of those grades though.</p>

Slight clarification/qualification: you cannot get a D in a class if you need the credits to satisfy the a-g requirements. So if you're taking your 7th a-g math class and you get a D, you won't loose your eligibility automatically.</p>
