Hey, I read that Yale will rescind their decision if my grades significantly fall. Is this significant enough? I just sorta need assurance or preparation. I was reading some people's threads and saw some horror stories. I don't know whether to believe them or to assume they are just trolls.

1st semester (the one i sent them)
A Multivar
A Spanish 5
A Advanced Comp II
A AP Lit
A- AP US Gov't & Comparative Gov't
A- Physics Honors
B+ AP Chem

Final Year
A- Matrix Algebra
A Spanish 5
A Advanced Comp II
A- AP Lit (Could be a B+)
B+ AP US Gov't & Comparative Gov't
B+ Physics Honors
C+ AP Chem

It was a combination of both my and my Chem teacher’s laziness. The class itself is just setup horribly. Every point in the class is like 1 percent of the quarter grade or something like that. Obviously, senioritis hit also, but I didn’t think it would affect my overall grade so significantly.

I’m pretty sure you need a much more significant decline in order for them to rescind your acceptance. I mean, AP Chem was your lowest grade to begin with so it’s not like you dropped THAT much.
