Hi everyone. :-) William and Mary is my #1 pick for college, and I was just looking for some honest feedback at my chances for early decision, as I realize this would probably increase my chances of admission! Also... if I received a C in my honors Spanish 4 class, how much would that hurt me? I received A's in Spanish 1, 2, and Honors 3, but the 4 class at my high school is one of the toughest classes offered. She (teacher) hands out about one A per class, some B's, and a lot of C's. I have never received a C previously, and it would be the only one on my transcript at the time of applying. I got a C last quarter, and could potentially pull it up to a B, but I was just curious. I will do everything I can to get a B! I will also continue to take Honors Spanish 5 and AP Spanish next year.

Overall stats:
Class rank: 38/575 (top 6%)
ACT: 28 after 1st time, so after the second time it would hopefully be around a 30
GPA: Roughly a 4.3-4.5 weighted after junior year

EC's: 4 theater productions by the end of junior year (and a 5th one senior year, and I was the lead in one play), a youth improv troupe (think a teen version of "Whose Line is it Anyway"!), JV Cheerleading freshman year (cheerleader of the year award), student council member sophomore year through senior year, Junior Class President (planned prom as president), Student Body President (for senior year; I'm running uncontested this year!), National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, a program where I helped ESL elementary students with their reading after school, started a volunteer email system that gives volunteer opportunities to high schoolers, tutoring experience, library page last summer, and also involved with my schools Young Life.

Also, I am pretty quirky so I feel I could write a memorable essay. Thanks for those who took the time to read this, and to those who reply! It would really put my mind at ease, haha. :-)
