William and Mary transfer

Hey, I currently in my third semester at a community college, I don't mind the school but I'm ready to move on to something more challenging and academically stimulating... and I'm also just ready to move out.
I'm interested in applying to W&M, but have a few questions. First, I know the application deadline is Nov.1, would it be ridiculous for me to send in an application this late? Would it hurt my chances if I did? If I remember correctly there was like a 2% or so increase in the acceptance rate for applying in the spring as opposed to in the fall for transfer students =p; but, is it still generally a smarter idea to apply in the fall instead of spring? In your opinion what are my chances of getting in (ill list stats below)? Also, hypothetically speaking, if I were to get accepted would there be any dorm rooms available, judging by the website it seems that they are pretty packed and they don't guarantee them for transfers? And lastly, I'm about one semester away from getting an AA degree ( I may have to take one summer class) would it be wiser to just finish what I've started before transferring somewhere? Thanks in advance.

-College GPA: 4.0
-HS GPA: 3.6
-I can't remember my exact SAT scores atm but they were lower mid range
-Im in Phi Theta Kappa
-Been on Presidents list since I started college
-I volunteer for a Non-profit organization in my city, mainly helping but on lecture series about our cities history.

If you could get everything done in 3 days, than more power to you! I could see you finishing the application in time, but I doubt you will be able to get the recommendation letters. That does not mean it is impossible, but you would have to find two professors who like you enough to write a quality and thoughtful rec on such short notice.

An associates probably wont make too much of difference as you try to transfer into college, but it will just be another item on your resume later down the road.

I think W&M is a good school to reach for you. But is it a match for you and vice versa? I am not sure, you would have to give us more information.

you probably know by now, but the transfer application deadline for fall at william and mary is march 1st, not november 1st…
