Damn… I’m out of state but I have 1500. I hope that’s enough to get me through.

@daniil450 I have 1500 as well!

I wouldn’t fret about SAT scores, guys. Lots of factors come into play when they make the decision.

Also, the decision has probably been made by now haha.

We also have to remember that people on College Confidential generally have higher SAT’s than the typical applicant. People with the 1000’s, 1100’s, and 1200’s rarely are on CC.

I don’t know how on earth I’m going to fall asleep tonight. I’ve been obsessing over this for so long that it’s hard to believe within the next few days I’ll have a decision! The more of other people’s stats I read the more convinced I become that I’ll be deferred or rejected, but regardless of what they say, it’ll be nice just to have an answer instead of waiting. I think all CC has done is make me freak out even more, haha!

Good luck to everyone! Whether we make it or not, college will still be whatever we make of it. Y’all seem like a very nice bunch of people and I hope everyone gets the news we’re all hoping for.

Honestly, knowing that my decision has probably already been made is freaking me out the most.

It’s officially December 1st!

(Central time, at least)

:/ Ugh. Honestly, I think looking at CC made me lose all hope.

In 2013, 1170 applied ED, 552 were accepted. The numbers are not broken down by gender. I have not seen anything published for this year’s ED numbers. From our school, the overall acceptance rate is 30% every year except one, when it was close to 45%. Most who apply ED are in the 3.6-4.0 range with lots of APs mostly in non-STEM with lots of EC/comm service. Never knew a person who got accepted who didn’t have a strong EC dimension to them.

No judging here- If you get admitted or not, feel free to share. We will support you regardless of the decision.

Yeah…1360 with rather poor EC’s isn’t looking good for me. With that being said, I wish you all the best of luck this week.

I agree with @KLBAER - no judgement!

It’s been hard to focus today… I hope the decision comes out soon.

I wonder how many times I will check this site, the W&M blog and my email? Kinda crazy!

Same, I’ve been checking all three nonstop. Fingers crossed!

The twitter feed is updated frequently. “Hi We are finalizing things in our office for ED & transfer applicants, and hope to get decisions out early this month!”
Their handle is @W&M_Admission

This is going to be the LONGEST week EVER! Just pull the band-aid! lol

“not quite yet! Decisions are coming soon.” :(

^^ From the twitter

@KLBAER I’m from a suburb on the north shore of Chicago, so we’re actually kind of 6 hours appart! But honestly even if someone can drop me off in Indianapolis and I meet my parents there and drive back to Chicago it would save us time, and vice versa when it’s my turn to drive
