I have a 4.0 weighted GPA in comparison to students in my grade who have 4.3+ GPAs. I used to have straight A's every year except in junior year I got 5 Bs and 2 Cs. I had 4 difficult APs.

My EC:
Model UN - VP
Policy Debate - Lab Leader
Academic Competition Team - Captain
Speech - Captain
English National Honor Society - President
Piano - 5+ years

INOVA Fairfax Hospital Elder Life Program - 70 (and counting) hours
Bull Run Manassas Library - 25 hours

I have lots of awards in these clubs.

SAT - 2060

I recently had an On-Campus Interview with W&M. I thought it went really well (then again I'm sure all the interviewees thought that about their respective interviews)

I'm applying Early Decision to W&M.

I'm going to submit an optional submission in addition to the common application.

So I have three questions which I'd appreciate thorough answers to.
1. With my current statistics (and assuming I have good essays and recommendations) how would my chances be for W&M Early Decision? What could I improve?

If I were to work hard and achieve ALL As (maybe one B at most) and pull up my SAT to at LEAST 2200 maybe 2250 how would my chances be for W&M Early Decision?

What are the Early Decision acceptance rates for W&M? I couldn't find it on google. Could I make it through those rates?
