I'm applying early decision next year and hoping to major in biology
I'm an in-state (Virginian) female student with a 3.75 unweighted GPA and a 3.9 weighted GPA, my SATs are low, 1760, but I am taking them again because the nerves really affected my performance since it was my first time taking the test.

My AP exams were all 4s or 5s with the exception of AP European History (didnt take the exam)
I took AP Physics BC, AP Government, AP English 12, AP Biology, and AP Psychology

I have 100+ community service hours at a dental office and hospital.
I'm on a Relay for Life planning committee, did 2 years of scholastic bowl (one varsity), psychology club, DECA (club), HOSA (club), and unfortunately, I'm not athletic at all but I'm hoping to make a varsity sport team this spring.

Please give me any opinion on my chances/advice for getting in. Thank you for your time

I’d say you’ll get in, especially as instate ED. As you said, try to raise your scores a little bit, but otherwise everything else is in good shape. Best of luck!

It’s a very competitive school, but you have a great shot!! I’d say your a match. I can’t promise you admission but I agree that applying ED is the best way to go. Since you’re nearby, make sure you visit. Smaller schools like that track interest!
