Williams ED Chances

Hey everyone!
I recently applied ED to Williams, and though my application is already submitted, I’d love to know where you all think I stand. I know that Williams has a significantly higher acceptance rate in ED, but what are my chances actually?

Thank you all! I also applied EA to UVA (haven’t heard back yet) and might apply ED II to Middlebury if things don’t work out with Williams. Thoughts?

Your stats and ecs are strong, so you’ll be a viable candidate. But why do you rate your supplement as a 5?

Congratulations on your many fine achievements!

Don’t drive yourself crazy with this chance thread. Your application has been submitted, it is out of your hands now, and you will know in just a few weeks! Clearly, your statistics are in line with those of accepted students, and your application has more than just those to recommend it. You appear to be a very solid applicant who would thrive at Williams or any college. But no poster here has a crystal ball to know what admissions will decide about your full application in comparison to those of other applicants.

Best of luck!

I agree with all of the posters above - just wait it out. Personally, I think you have a fairly good chance, though the Williams ED rate is dragged up by athletes. If Williams doesn’t work out, you can ED2 to somewhere like Midd and apply RD and have a lot of great choices.

@wisteria100 Thanks for your reply! Perhaps I’m being too harsh. While I don’t consider my supplement exceptionally creative or unique, I still believe it to be a decent piece of writing that demonstrates the lighthearted side of my personality (in contrast with my more serious common app essay).
