Waitlisted here, which was surprising because I was rejected from Swarthmore, my top choice. All I did for Williams was fill out the application, while for Swarthmore I visited twice, interviewed, emailed admissions about a problem with my FAFSA, and mentioned that it was my top choice about five times. So you never know what your outcomes are going to be!
Daughter was waitlisted, but she was accepted at Georgetown, so she’s pretty happy.

A bit late but I am an international student who got accepted but didn’t apply for any financial aid.
Waitlisted.
Anyone waitlisted that got an email to reconfirm interest yesterday?
I called the school and they said they are currently in a holding pattern…so I guess they don’t know yet if they will use the waitlist.
Doesn’t holding pattern mean that they had already given offers to the waitlisted applicants and are waiting for their reply?
I thought that but the lady told me they aren’t sure yet if they will go to the waitlist but that there are spots…not sure what’s going on, honestly.
I also got email Sunday evening to reconfirm by 8 am May 2. Did everyone on waitlist get that email?
I think they admitted around 50more student than last year. So, they may not need to pull thru waitlist this year. I am not sure though.

International with high need who was waitlisted. Decreased my aid amount, and sent in two updates about tangible additions to my ECs as well as why I love Williams. Gap year student. Fingers crossed, anyone who recieves any info from the office kindly keep everyone updated via this thread. Thank you
