Willing having 5 instead of 4 AP's in my senior year have any beneficial effect?

The AP I'm considering to add is Biology, but I reaaally only want to do it if it has some positive effect on my application. Freshman Year: 3 Honors
Sophomore Year: 3 Honors 1 AP
Junior Year: 2 Honors 3 AP's
Throughout all of these classes I've never scored lower than a B, and in junior year I had all A's except in one honors class. Sophomore Year second semester all A's.
Should I really go for AP Bio? It's a lot of extra work but I'm not sure how much help it will be.

Our S took a LOT of APs but it was because he honestly WANTED to and was interested in the courses AND instructors (tend to be taught by the better instructors at his HS). D took none. Both ended up attending the same U, tho S entered with the max 60 credits due to all his APs & also a college course he took while in HS.

I’d only want my kiddos to take APs (or whatever courses) because they honestly WANTED to take the courses. What your you wanting to major in? What do your instructors and counselor recommend? What does your HS GC say about taking vs. not taking the AP Bio?
