Willing to buy a parking spot from someone for a premium price

<p>It's getting closer to when school starts and I'm in need of a parking spot for personal family reasons, but I haven't been able to procure one. I've tried craigslist, facebook marketplace, friends, everything... it's rarer than gold these days :(. I'm willing to buy a parking spot off of someone for a good price.</p>

<p>your best bet is craigslist. it’s kinda late now.</p>

<p>I’ve been trying craigslist for ages, checked it every day for about a month now…but every time either someone’s already bought it by the time I check, or it’s extremely overpriced (e.g. 2100$ for the year) :-&lt;/p>

<p>Last resort is to rent monthly, which will be more expensive in the long run. There’s always street parking, which maybe okay if you just use it on the weekends, and know the best times to find parking like memorizing the street cleaning times.</p>

<p>Look for a small business in the surrounding area where you want to park and ask if you can park in one of their spaces for a monthly fee</p>
