<p>I just spoke with the admissions office at UC Santa Cruz, and they said to expect their decision in 2 and a half months from now. So, it seems like we’ll find out in the first half of October.</p>

<p>^ ^ That’s not true. UCSC admissions (at least for fall 2009) were tougher than years before. People with GPA’s above 3.0 got rejected.</p>
<p>How screwed are you if you only have 58 units by summer?</p>
