Winter 2010 classes?

UC's don't take my winter 2010 quarter classes into consideration for admission right? I mean, I know I can't fail, but is the GPA calculated in? I'm not doing too swell right now :(

geez ur still taking winter session? what cc is it?

I go to De Anza in Cupertino, like half the members here haha.

thats rough.

they dont look at winter grades for admission decision, the deadline for the update is past due so where would you put your grades? try to finish strong cuz it will count for ur overall gpa.

Hey UCLA emailed me asking for my winter grades. I posted a thread not too long ago.

I thought half of the members here on this board go to SMC. :P

I believe most bay area people here are from de anza.

Well, we had to submit our Fall 2009 grades, so I was just wondering if we had to do the same for Winter’10 grades. I’m not failing my classes, but I do have a couple…or several C’s.

I’m in the same boat as you. Probably getting a C. I’m worried about the provisional contract

If the Cs are in classes outside of your major, you just gotta make sure your overall GPA is at least a 3.0. If the Cs are in classes for your major, that could be an issue. If you have a good reason they usually let it slide though.

I’m applying for Computer Science, and it’s a English 1B I’m probably getting a C.
I think this is probably bad.

though I’ll have no problem maintaining a 3.0 for the Winter and Spring quarters.
