I got my winter enrollment time on Nov. 21st, at 7:45pm. I was wondering how bad I'm standing in line with this date. Anyone got later date? I'm regular freshman.

Mine is on Nov. 19 @ 4:00 p.m.

Did everyone get one? Is there a reason it says I haven't been given a time yet?

i think most people got them already. Mine's on Nov. 18 @ 9:20am..
I heard it depends on how much units you have, but i'm not sure.

November 20th 5 pm...SOOO LATE!!!

I think we winter admits get the latest:(
Warren sent me an email about online enrollment being dec 8.

wow you guys are lucky as ****. Friday, 11/21/2008 at 7:40 PM -freshman

Oh, that makes sense then.

I was looking forward to getting it early too, since I have a bunch of units. Hmm we'll see how it turns out.

Winter admits do seem to get 'em later. I don't even know when my enrollment time is. >.>

I think someone told me her suitemate had a November 5th enrollment time...is that BS?

i have 11/11 @ 7:25 AM

how many units do you have?!

SDTriton:

I have 44 units from AP's. I actually don't know if it's a lot, but according to a bunch of people in the Warren group on Facebook it is. That and at orientation, a sophomore told me I had more than some freshmen.. not sure how valid that statement is, though!

I'm curious though, if because I'm winter I'll end up in all the classes no one wanted.

how do you have 44 units from APs?!?!?! haha
thats amazing ... who many AP classes did you take? or more so, how many AP tests? (during high school too...) haha very nice job

My friend has 64 units from APs, which I find absolutely insane.

But yeah 44 is a lot. I have 40, so you have more than me!!! Studly. I know a lot of people with like 4-16 units, so I must say we're awesome.

Haha yeah, I was about to mention I saw someone on facebook with 64 units. Insane.

I had 9 AP classes.

oneeyed her suitemate is probably an athlete, they have priority before it opens to normal students

during my first quarter at UCSD, i met a very arrogant freshman in my chem 6AH class who informed me that she had junior standing, was taking graduate-level math classes since all the upper-division ones were "too easy," and wanted to be the first to triple-major at UCSD. she was smart all right, and didn't hesitate in making the TA feel stupid. but all that, and i never even got her name.

i guess that was a lesson to y'all that it's tough enough to look out for yourself, don't let other people worry you too much :) you'll have better registration spots than next year's freshman class, it's just a bit worrisome now but everyone goes through it at one point or another. even athletes have problems of their own -- sure, they can get priority registration, but how about all the classes/labs/exams they might miss? UCSD isn't overly accommodating to the athletics program, so it's a pretty tough life that they lead too.

regents scholars also have priority registration. my friend is enrolling 11/05 at 4:40pm. T_T

Oh right, regents scholars get priority. Lame...
