Winter Quarter enrollment

I was admitted to winter quarter and housing is not that huge of a deal to me but i was wondering about enrollment. Is it that bad? Do people not get the classes they want at all? Has anyone had to graduate late because of this??

Not for me it wasn’t. I got all the classes I wanted and even managed to avoid any 8am writing classes. However I’m not a science major… I think I’ll be able to graduate early or on time even though I was a winter admit because I had a bunch of APs and I took classes in the fall. assuming that I won’t have to retake any classes and continue at 16 units/quarter.

Also depends on what you mean by late. Not everyone graduates in 4 years. Average is 13 quarters (4 years and a quarter).

Admitted to Revelle? If so, I’d check out how well it is going to work taking their required sequences starting in the Winter, unless you either have AP credits to use or can take the equivalent course at a CC in the fall. They used to be pretty lockstep – but that could have changed.

thanks guys for the help.

I talked to my cousin today and she said the same thing that enrollment isnt a huge problem.

But what’s wrong with the revelle requirements, do they not transfer over from the community college from fall???
