<p>Actually, Winter fees were due on Dec 20, except if you are receiving financial aid, then the deadline does not apply to you. FAO will apply financial aid money to your BAR account on Jan 1, 2010, and will refund the remaining balance if there is any around Jan 6. You should check your BAR account on URSA.</p>
