Winter schedule

I'm currently taking a winter schedule which goes as follows:
some EE circuits class (5 credits)
Multivariable Calc, partially review (3 credits)
A writing/literature class (5 credits)

Total is 13 credits, but i'm also going to be working a part-time job for 10 hours a week.

Anyway, I really wanted to take a CS class and space just opened up. The class is 3 credits, so if I were to add it to my schedule do you guys think that 4 classes (16 credits) + 10hr/week job is too much? I am kind of lazy and get distracted easily. I'm far from a perfect student but I do about average. Last quarter I took 15 credits without a parttime job (but with a long commute) and was stressed quite a bit. Maybe i'll be more focused with a tougher schedule?

A possibility is to drop the writing/literature class and replace it with the CS class, though my credit total would be only 11 (I could add 1 credit seminar or something so i'm a 'full time' student). The only thing is, its winter break and i've already read a lot of the material for that writing class, and its offered only once a year. It would be a shame to drop it since i've already got a lot of the work out of the way.

Thoughts?

If you had a similar situation just last quarter, I don't think making it tougher this quarter is going to better your situation or change anything at all. If you can handle the stress and maybe buckle down a bit, sure go with the 15+10... otherwise I'd say take less hours. Just my 2 cents.

I manage 18 credits while working 25-30 hours a week and a social life (on weekends).

Honestly it all depends on the person and how well you manage time and how focused you can be. Looking at your classes I wouldn't think it would be a problem. Circuit theory is pretty easy as is calculus. The literature class could be a lot of writing though.

Thanks for the advice.
By the way if circuit theory and multivariable calculus are hard, what would you consider to be easy :)

You mean if I consider circuit theory and calculus easy what do I consider hard?

Differential equations was a bit tougher than my calculus classes though certainly was not a terribly hard class.

I thought physics of E&M was kinda tough at least parts of it.
