<p>Is winter transfer open for ucsd? Does this apply to all UCs? If not, which ones are open for winter transfers? Do we use the same application if we apply for fall? I'm guessing transfer for winter applications are accepted at a later date? If so then when.</p>

<p>I’m not 100% sure but I think you apply for winter transfer during summer.</p>

<p>You apply in July 2010 for winter 2011 admission. This past July, the campuses accepting applications for winter 2010 were UCSC, UCSD, UCM, and UCR.</p>
