Wisconsin High School Student Looking Into Petroleum Engineering

SAT- CR: 740 M: 700 W: 660
ACT- 28 (I wont actually send this score because ill end up just sending my SAT which is much better)

GPA- About 3.65 (I attend a very competitive private High School so this is a tad low)

By the time I'm done with high school I will have taken:

AP Physics
AP Comparative Government & Politics
AP Microeconomics
AP Macroeconomics
AP English
AP German
AP US History
AP Calc AB

along with:
4 years total of German
4 years of English
4 years of Math
3 years of History
Public Speaking (elective)
Middle Eastern History (elective)
Graphic Design (elective)

Pet. Engineering schools I'm thinking ill apply to:

UT-Austin
Texas A&M
University of Oklahoma
University of Tulsa
University of Kansas

Do I have a good chance of getting into the Petroleum Engineering Programs at each of these schools?

Forgot to add:
4 years of sciences including Honors Physics, Honors Chemistry, and Honors Biology

UT - Tough one. They do not have a lot of space left for OOS students after the Texas kids get in. Most OOS students at UT have stellar stats.
A&M - a little better, but they have rolling admission, so if you apply early, you may make it.
OU - Yes
Tulsa - Yes
Kansas - no clue, but probably yes

Thanks for your reply!
Do you think Kansas is a credible Petroleum Engineering School?

Kansas is definitely up there when it comes to petroleum engineering. I believe their petro program ranks in the top 20 in US.
