Solid Match. The upward trend is really impressive. I think you are fine :)

You’re fine, keep up the good work.

Thanks!!!

perfect match.
can you answer mine please:http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1586202-what-my-chances-will-chance-back.html

In state or or out?

Im a madisonian and people from my school dont tend to get in with those grade (act is fine). It may be different if your out of state or from a different school in Wisconsin.

Out of state

From Chicago

High match-- just because you’re out of state

Does it help that my mom graduated from there

yes it does. It’s a match for you. So now all you have to do is find one or two safeties and you’re good to go, OR, add as many reaches as you wish/can afford.

tbh… I don’t know if I’d be saying match to you. For example, friend A of mine with a 29 act and 3.87 uw gpa got accepted after the first volley of results but friend B of mine was denied with a 29 act and 3.3 uw gpa after the first volley of results – Minnesota residents.

Thanks that’s actually very helpful. So you would you see low reach Maybe high match? That’s what I was thinking. I know my GPA is in their 15-20 percentile which is not good especially for a white male out of state

yes out of state = extra tuition
+
legacy status
= your odds are good.

of course don’t put all your eggs in the same basket and apply to Wi-Eau Claire, Wi-Oshkosh (etc), plus your in-state school.

I know I’ve applied to 7 others
