<p>I’d say W-Madison. Both are very good school though, so if money’s tight, I would try to save as much as you can and go to Binghamton.</p>
<p>I would go to Wisconsin simply because Madison seems like a much more enjoyable environment that Binghamton.</p>
<p>Both are good. Madison is probably more generally known, but if the money makes a big difference, you can choose Binghamton with no worries.</p>
