<p>it depends on how much work you put into it. Trust me, you won't run out of things to learn at either one of these schools. This may sound condescending, but just because you go to a given college or take a given class, doesn't mean you'll learn the stuff. Put the hours in... it's up to you, not the school.</p>
<p>I'd say UW, by far. UW is one of the top public universities in the nation. BU isn't as highly ranked, but then again- it IS in Boston.</p>
<p>I think the psychology department at UW is pretty top notch. No sure about BU though.</p>
