<p>hey do any of you interim or regular people wish you applied ed? im from texas, so for me rice didn't seem "exotic" enough if you know what i mean....but ive been looking into the school more, and i'm starting to like it ALOT...i applied interim to the school of humanities, but now rice is my first choice school! i really wish i had gone for ed... i cant wait for the decision and as every day goes by i feel as though my chances are getting slimmer and slimmer....ahhhhhhhh</p>
<p>I wish I did, but I lacked the time. With 9 classes, 6 IB and 2 AP, Martial arts, NHS, etc, I didn't have the time to do the essays in time.</p>

<p>haha...deadhead, you sound like one of my friends!! She's constantly freaking out about how she has to wait 2 months, when i already know that im in! haha. i always bug her and tell her she shouldve done ED with me as a joke.</p>
<p>but i think if youre a strong applicant, you'll get in no matter what decision plan! </p>

<p>yeah ragnarok i know how ya feel...i actually was thinking of doing ed before the deadline, but when i finally made up my mind about it, it was just too late and i had too much other stuff going on. </p>
<p>apollo congrats on getting in....i think im fairly strong, but i know that the competition for texans is alot more fierce than for out-of-staters so i dunno...cant wait till feb</p>
<p>i had this situation too when i did interim. but as a whole i thought interim decision is really cool. most colleges dont have that.</p>
