(possibly in order from least realistic to most realistic? )

For the first six, I think your SATs are a bit low.

yeah I would just send in the ACT score to those top seven schools because honestly those SATs are great but not average for the better schools on your list, especially if you want to be a chemical engineer major. Otherwise, looks good.

I would agree with you that your schools are in order of most to least likely (although Northwestern is up there, might even be more selective than Cornell, though probably not as selective as UPenn). But there's a pretty huge gap between your first six or seven and the rest.

You're definitely in at University of Connecticut and anything easier to get into than that. With just your ACT, ECs and GPA\Rank, you should be in at UMaryland and have a very good shot at UMich (not definite, but very good shot).

You should be in at Northeastern, and I bet Purdue isn't rejecting many 4.0s either.

Carnegie Mellon is a slight reach if not a match. If they don't require subject test scores, you should be in; your GPA is well above their average (assuming that's UW) and your ACT score qualifies you. Your subject tests might raise flags though. If you retake anything, I'd retake the subject tests to get at least two into the 700 range, and preferably one above 750. I believe colleges will generally overlook mediocre SAT I scores in favor of strong ACT scores.

University of Virginia is also a slight reach.

Northwestern is a reach, but looking at your profile, it kinda matches the Northwestern profile: 4.0, top ten, leadership and involvement throughout the school. Probably 35% chances here.

I have to run in the middle of writing this post, but I'll try to come back to write about the other schools.

Thank you very much for your opinions.
I did retake the sat, and will be retaking the act and I will make a new post when i have those scores :)

If anyone can suggest a school to "fill" in the gap between my reaches and low matches that would be great (though I thought michigan OOS kinda filled in the gap)
