Good Luck to Class of 2012 applicants!
Hold in there for four more days, and spend them in bliss! Doing something you love every waking minute will help the days move quickly, so get off CC and go outside, take a walk, play with siblings/pets, go shopping, eat great food, whatever! Over the next few weeks you'll be deciding about the start of the rest of your life, so enjoy the last days of freedom!

Once again, good luck to you all. I think I speak for all of the past and present Hoos on here when I say I'm rooting for each of you!

Go Wahoos!

Wait wait wait wait four days what???!!!!?!? I thought it was April 1st.

Does anyone know exactly WHEN we will be finding out. If they will be posted online? When they will be mailed? THANKS!

Engineering-gal: The official blog says 6pm EST this Friday decisions will be online!

the best way to keep anxiety down is to camp next your computer with your finger on the refresh button starting as soon as you get home school on friday.

No but seriously, go do something and dont get on to the computer until like 7. Spend the afternoon doing something with your friends and your life will be considerably more enjoyable.

archrival....official blog?

ROTFLMAO!!!

After all of these months it will be hard to wait til 6 let alone 7 on Friday.

Aint No Mountain, Dean J has an official admissions blog where she keeps us posted about the process.

it's really helpful :]

Oops! Well, either way, that's the blog. Good luck everyone!

heh, vistany what I am saying is just that you should do something and have fun to pass the time on friday. If you sit at the computer doing hw or surfing the net you will drive yourself crazy waiting. So go have fun and come back after 6, and you will be able to handle the decision better regardless of what it is.

Agreed. I remember for transfer decisions I came back from class and watched ER and took a nap and went to the gym (during which they released decisions, darnit! It came at noon instead of 5:30pm) and the day went really quick.

So, enjoy the beautiful weather most of the US will be having Friday! It's supposed to be 70 here and I'm sooo ready!

I know what your saying ehiunno, and I really appreciate it. Problem is the only thing that will cause a distraction on Friday is getting stuck on the beltway. Nothing short of fighting for my life in a traffic jam will take my mind off it so I will go for that.

I won't be able to look at decisions untill late Friday night! My school is having a mock Oscars award show and I am presenting the award for Best Supporting Actor haha. Perhaps a night on the red carpet will be what I need to ease my worries...

"I just heard this news...The Echols Program is emailing all students today! Student Financial Services is putting financial aid packages in the mail today. In the past, the aid awards have been mailed after decisions, which I think is hard for some."
