I didn’t take a SAT test yet, but my PSAT was 170. Budget wise, I don’t care. College wise, I don’t have a preference yet, but I would prefer somewhere in NY, but I wouldn’t mind going out of state either.

Not much but, EC:
Latin Honor Society
Cultural Society
Leadership Club
Volunteer once a week for 2 hours at a senior citizen residency. I’ve done this since 7th grade.
Math team

Also I don’t have a major I’m interested in, but if I had to choose one, I guess premedicine?

It sounds like you go to a very competitive school. But try to compute a GPA? And your SAT (given your PSAT) would be pretty low, in the 1800s, I would guess?

The biggest issues I see are the PSAT score and lack of ECs, academically you are fine. Do you have a preference regarding school size? Also how far from NY would you be willing to go (your best bet may be test optional schools)?

I think I’ll be able to push my SAT score to 2000. I didn’t think the SAT was important when I took the PSAT score, so I didn’t study or prepare for it at all… I don’t mind how far I am from New York, as long as it is in the country. Also if i compute my GPA (College Board chart) its 4.0. Please help, and thank you!

Some reaches: Tufts, Umich, Boston College, Cornell (Always apply at least one ivy), CMU or Northwestern, UT Austin

Targets: Boston University, Georgiatech, UIUC, Purdue, Ohio State University

Safeties: Penn state, Northeastern

I think you can get into a couple of the reaches mentioned on this list.

Also, this is assuming your SAT is at like 1900. With the gpa you have, try and push your SAT upto a 2100 or take the ACT and get a 31, you’d be good to go for a lot better schools than you can get right now.
