I got 1190 on my first SAT..taking it again in 20 days.
3.0 high-school gpa
2.8 and rising. gpa in 29 c-college credits
What good schools do you think I have a good shot at?
Any universities on the East coast.

What schools do you have in mind? To be honest there is no point of retaking the SAT if your college GPA isn’t that high. You wouldn’t want to transfer to colleges that require the SAT.

List some colleges that you think you will be applying. Then I will give my opinion about your chances of being admitted to those schools.

My gpa will be above a 3.0 when I get out of school…
I’m applying to clemson, appalachain state, unc-charlotte, Ecu, nc state, chapel hill/Howard is a long shot…I wanna apply to Syracuse n some new York area schools.(north Carolina resident…yea its weird I’m lookin at oos schools)
What do you think?

You can probably get into appalachian state, East carolina, UNC charlotte,
NC state (my friend just got in with a 2.9 ish but he deffered), not so sure about howard, a bit tough for clemson and probably a reach for syracuse. There are many schools in NY that are in the same quality as the ones I described above in NY.

List some schools and I will give you my opinion.

good luck

What about Virginia tech, Florida state, u-Florida, u-miami? (These are dream schools, I know they are selective)

I would say that your chances aren’t very good. You can go ahead and try applying however. You never know
