withdrawing a class

<p>hey everyone. I just had an overloaded semester due to the reason that I'm double majoring. I didn't do so well in calc 2, so I figure if I'm planning on transferring to Duke or Harvard next year, I cannot let this grade bring my gpa down. But will a grade of W with adecent gpa in general look better than an overloaded "only a little above average level" gpa? Calc 2 is a required course for me, so I have to take it next semester. Will this give me a bad influence? thx!</p>
