Withdrawing applications Question

Okay, so I was lucky enough to be accepted today and like a lot of you I need to start withdrawing applications to other schools. However I'd like to wait and see my financial aid package before I start withdrawing. I don't think it'll be a problem, but I don't want to be stuck without a college if I can't afford Northwestern after all.

Does anyone know if I am able to wait, or do I need to withdraw my other applications immediately? I would love any input on this, thanks!

You were Questbridge, right? Did you officially tell them you wanted to be accepted ED? Because if so, you’re bound to Northwestern unless you can undeniably prove that you can’t afford it. If you didn’t specifically tell them you wanted to be ED, tell them to send you your official letter in April with RD. Then your options are open.

Thanks for answering. If I can’t undeniably prove I can’t afford it, it won’t be a problem. I’m only worried if for some reason the financial aid is terrible - which it shouldn’t according to their website. We’re supposed to get decisions about that soon too, right? I’m just wondering if I can wait a few extra days to withdraw my other applications, just in case. It shouldn’t be a big deal if I can’t, but I’d like to know for sure…
