Withdrawing Question

I am admitted to Princeton via early decision, but I have a problem. How do I withdraw my application from other colleges and not appear as a irresponsible and bad person? Also, for some colleges, I only send them my school report not my actual common application, so do I withdraw those applications as well? I don't want to have a reputation of not completing applications and leaving colleges wondering what happen to my application.

I wouldn't worry about your reputation...colleges honestly aren't going to remember you. This sort of thing happens a lot, because ED applicants apply to other schools. You should probably either call or e-mail the admissions offices of the other colleges you've applied to. I'm not sure if this is official procedure though, does anyone else have any thoughts?

If you sent your school report and recs but not the payment, you don't need to withdraw. This will just get filed as an incomplete. Withdrawing is easy, you just call the admissions office and a secretary will do all the necessary info for you. If a particular admissions officer was helpful to you, it would always be polite to try to get in contact with him/her so they know you're not applying any longer and don't have to find out through default.

Hey,
Does anyone know how to withdraw applications from UC schools? Do I need to contact each campus that I applied to our only the central University of California admission office? Thanks for your help.
